QUALITY AND ENVORONMENTAL POLICY
IN THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

AKCES-BIS Ltd. in Mianowice is a manufacturer of plastic, wooden and metal products as well as a provider of services consisting in making decorations and applying decorative coatings.
Constantly improving the integrated management system complying with the requirements indicated in the international norms ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004, we meet the expectations and requirements of our clients, ensuring at the same time the lowest possible impact on the environment.

Complying with the requirements of the aforementioned norms, we realise the following priorities:

• we meet the expectations and requirements of external and internal clients
• we systematically improve the production processes in order to continuously enhance quality and productivity
• we operate in accordance with the law and all regulations applying to the activities realised by a limited liability company.
• we rationally use raw materials, materials and natural resources and we prevent contamination and environmental risks.

The policy is realised through:

• adequate resources
• measurements of the customer satisfaction and its improvement
• improvement of quality and reduction of the negative impact on the environment through enhancement of technological processes and modernisation of the equipment
